About Pest Control Service Group

Our story

Pest Control Service Group started from humble beginnings with a single technician, and has grown without losing the personal touch. We have technicians based in central London, with technicians covering West, South West and South London, as well as Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

We are constantly working to make pest control rapid, efficient and cost-effective for our residential and commercial clients, and we enjoy challenging jobs. Our team has 15+ years' experience and a sound knowledge of pest life cycles, which is what lets us solve problems others have struggled with.

What makes us different?

• We reply within 2 hours, usually treat within 24 hours, and aim to reach emergencies within 3 hours, 24/7.
• Fully insured, with £10 million public liability cover.
• RSPH Level 2 qualified, DBS-checked technicians.
• BPCA member and Checkatrade member since 2018.
• After each service you can speak directly to the technician who did the work.
• Entry-point advice as part of our pest control visits.

Why use a BPCA member?

Poor pest control harms your money, health and wellbeing. The British Pest Control Association promotes high professional standards across the industry: members must hold recognised qualifications, carry appropriate insurance and follow a code of conduct. Choosing a BPCA member gives you confidence that the work will be carried out safely, legally and effectively.

Protected species

Some animals, including bats, glis glis (edible dormice) and nesting wild birds, are protected by law. We will always advise honestly and will only act within the law and with licences where required.
