Every Pest Control Service Group treatment is backed by our service guarantee. Our treatments are guaranteed for between 3 and 12 months, depending on the pest and the property. We confirm exactly what is covered, and for how long, when we inspect the site.

Our guarantee lasts between 3 and 12 months, depending on the pest and the property, and covers most pests. We confirm exactly what is covered, and for how long, when we inspect the site. If the pests we treated come back during that time, call us and we will come back.
How do I make a claim?

What we ask of you
- Follow the preparation and aftercare advice for your treatment.
- Allow access for follow-up visits.
- Carry out the proofing and hygiene steps we recommend.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover:
- high-risk properties;
- treatments where our pre- and post-treatment instructions have not been followed;
- rodent treatments where the recommended proofing has not been carried out.
