Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to services provided by Pest Control Service Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 11554584, 130 Old Street, London, EC1V 9BD.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we agree a visit time with you by phone, email or message.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the visit, by card, bank transfer or cash. Prices are before VAT, which is added on top unless we tell you otherwise. Evening and weekend visits are for emergencies only and start from £250 + VAT.
Cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the visit.
Guarantee
Our service guarantee is described on our guarantee page.
Liability
We are fully insured, with £10 million public liability cover. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
