What we collect

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, pest problem, property type, preferred time, message and (optionally) email, plus the page you submitted from, referrer and campaign (UTM) parameters. When you call us we may record your number and notes about your enquiry.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and provide our services (steps prior to entering a contract, and performance of a contract), and to understand which pages generate enquiries (legitimate interests). Analytics and advertising cookies are only used with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 2 years and customer records for 6 years, then delete them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run our business (such as website hosting, database and email providers), under contract.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or request portability. Email info@pestcontrolservice.group.
